I Was Just Farming, So Why Did the Heavenly Court Collapse?

Wu Xuan transmigrated into the primordial world and became the weakest innate human, molded by Nuwa herself. The witches and demons ruled the land, and humans were as insignificant as ants, often treated as nothing more than food. With no spiritual treasures and no backing, Wu Xuan decided to lie flat. He took his people to hide in a barren mountain and farm in peace. “If the sky falls, let the tall ones hold it up. First, let's have some roasted sweet potatoes.”

But he never imagined that his quiet farming life would lead to utterly heaven-defying feats.

A casual swing of his hoe to clear land brought him enlightenment in the First Heaven-Opening Axe. Annoyed by the hassle of fetching water, he dug a ditch that became the Nine Nether Troop Formation, capable of splitting the River of Stars. The mutant sweet potatoes he handed out to the villagers awakened a divine-demon physique in anyone who took a bite!

Then the demon race surrounded his ramshackle village with a massive army, intent on refining a Demon-Slaying Sword. The Demon Emperor Eastern Emperor Taiyi arrived in arrogant triumph, only to be left reeling on the spot.

The blacksmith at the village entrance smashed an Innate Spiritual Treasure with one hammer. The little girl watering the fields drowned a hundred thousand demon soldiers with a single ladleful of water. The watchdog was chewing on the great demon Jiuying like a bone!

Eastern Emperor Taiyi screamed in despair, “You said they were the weakest ants! These are clearly a legion of countless death gods!”

Holding freshly steamed corn buns, Wu Xuan looked completely innocent. “Don't get the wrong idea. I'm just a farmer. I don't know anything about military strategy.”
