In the Dead of Winter, Why Are You Wearing Short Sleeves at Home?

The Frozen Apocalypse: Bound to the Frostpunk System from the Start! [Frozen Apocalypse] [Survival] [Farming and Construction] [Base Management] When the frozen apocalypse arrived, everyone awakened a talent. Chen Mo was the only one who awakened a Survival System. Supplies? Level up the System's technology for automated harvesting and assembly-line production. There's no end to what he can make! Cold? Crank the heat from the energy towers to the max, and let steam hubs cover the entire region. Indoors, it's as warm as spring! Danger? Watchtowers stand everywhere, machine guards patrol, and laws and regulations keep order. Even when a cold snap hits, the energy towers can handle the overload! What kind of hellish start is this? It's obviously a max-level loadout from the start, letting him skip primitive survival and race straight toward rebuilding civilization! As it turned out, Chen Mo had gotten ahead of himself. He started with just an experimental steam energy tower and a pickaxe. If he wanted to make his vision a reality in this frozen apocalypse, first he had to make sure he survived… (Not an invincible protagonist, not a conventional power fantasy. This is a story of development from scratch. The protagonist can't predict the weather at the beginning. With the weather constantly changing and illness hampering him, things don't go smoothly. Please keep that in mind before reading. Also, to answer readers' questions, here's a brief explanation of the worldbuilding: The apocalyptic world is divided into different regions. Their weather varies, and each region has different factions with their own systems for enduring the winter. So don't assume that because the protagonist is having a hard time, other survivors must be doing even worse. There are simply fewer survivors left on his snowfield.)
