America: The Steel-Handed Godfather of 1919

A veteran who crawled out of the trenches on the Western Front carves out a transatlantic underworld empire in Prohibition-era America with an M1911 and a System.

From the start, Jack takes the owner of the Black Rose Bar, a succubus, and gets his hands on his first fortune.

In 1920, a letter arrives from Birmingham, the city of the British Empire: “Mr. Jack, I have some excellent English whisky. I cordially invite you to Birmingham.”

Signed, Tom Shelby.
