Synopsis
Zhou Xuan is a young man living alone in the modern world. His parents divorced when he was a child, leaving him to fend for himself. He scrapes by doing odd jobs, and his only hobby is reading all kinds of transmigration novels featuring golden fingers. One day, he’s accidentally knocked unconscious. A drop of his blood awakens a copper pendant passed down through his family, binding him to a portable storage space spanning tens of millions of cubic meters. Inside are tens of millions of spirit stones brimming with spiritual energy, ancient jade slips on cultivation, and secret medicinal fluids.
Anticipating that an opportunity is about to arise, he decisively sells his property and pours in all his savings, frantically stockpiling mountains of food, supplies, medicine, and daily necessities to prepare for transmigration.
When he opens his eyes again, Zhou Xuan’s soul has transmigrated to a parallel world in 1958. He has landed in the classic world of the courtyard and become a lonely seventeen-year-old in the capital, whose mother has just died. She left behind only meager savings and a valuable job placement at the steel mill. With no one to rely on, he is in a difficult position.
Then Jia Zhangshi violently kicks the door open.
