I’m a Mercenary, and I Triggered a Global Zombie Catastrophe

Lin Feng is a retired special forces soldier. On the brink of death, he obtains the [War System]. It can solve his funding problems and summon legendary units from games: the BSAA Wolfpack, the USS Reapers, Blackwatch, UBCS, Alpha Centauri... Every one of them is absolutely loyal. I set up a security company overseas and crushed the Stars and Stripes nation in a war in the Middle East, leaving its forces in disarray. To eliminate me, they deployed a genetic weapon that was still under development on the battlefield. The virus spiraled out of control. The world fell, overrun by zombies. The apocalypse began because of me. Now I’m leading these six elite squads across 8,000 kilometers of hell from the heart of Persia, fighting my way back to my homeland. At my side is also the six-man Blackthorn Squad, my brothers who have been with me since the day I enlisted. They say, “Born in darkness, marching through thorns. Above a mountain of corpses, we are the last line of defense.” Now the virus is my sin. The road home is my redemption. But the blood debt owed by the Stars and Stripes nation... I’ll collect every last drop, with interest, with my own hands.
