[Bittersweet unrequited love | rekindled romance | showbiz | both leads are romantically inexperienced, happy ending | intense push and pull] [Strategic, restrained top who puts the greater good first × cool-headed, brave bottom who loves and hates without reservation] [Lu Chengyu × Lin Yu] At the darkest point in Lin Yu’s life, he met Lu Chengyu, a man full of secrets and impossible to read. One was restrained and controlled, the other fearless and bold. The person who understood him best left the city without looking back, carrying with him the “best solution” he had chosen after weighing the costs and benefits. … Three years apart. They met again at an engagement party that had the whole city watching. The usually composed and mature Lu Chengyu completely lost control after getting drunk. Again and again, he called Lin Yu’s name, almost frantically, as if pouring out all the longing and remorse he had carried for those three years.
