Sworn to Be a Cop: King of Hong Kong’s Underworld and Police!

Li Luo, a former member of the Hung Hing gang, grew up with Chan Ho-nam and Chicken. After awakening the Vow-to-Achieve-the-Dao System, he leaves the underworld and joins the police. Every vow he makes grants him a skill, and fulfilling it earns him a cash reward. In a grand Hong Kong movie universe blending classics like Young and Dangerous, SPL, Flash Point, Infernal Affairs, Police Story, and Cold War, he attended police academy alongside Chan Wing-yan and Lau Kin-ming. His partner is the powerhouse Ma Jun, and his superior is detective Chan Ka-kui. Rising rapidly from the ranks of a beat cop, he becomes the police force’s master strategist, top enforcer, and vanguard, ultimately reaching the summit as the leader of Hong Kong Island’s police. He cracks major cases and crushes the underworld, digs deep to expose moles in the force, and sweeps away every faction with overwhelming force, eventually becoming the undisputed king of both the criminal and law enforcement worlds of Hong Kong Island!
