Eyes Never Waver, Heart Never Wavers

[Drama-filled performing arts student vs. top-of-the-food-chain academic]

“What happens when you combine an incredibly long slow burn with a lack of emotional awareness?”

Both are each other's one and only. Two female leads. First love. High school, college, and working life. The first-person perspective switches in Volume One.

Extremely slow-paced.

Ruan Qin:

An arts-track supporting character isn't supposed to meet her own annoying puppy. I thought we were friends, but you're actually serious? Wait a second, you should be focusing on your studies right now. We can get to the rest of the story after we're both adults!

Li Zhenxue:

A super slow-burn pursuit packed with layers of schemes, all of them revealed much too late! Step one: force my way into her world! Step two: make her gradually get used to having me around! Step three: when she finally catches on, make the push and pull even more intense! Let's see who can't live without whom!
