My Taoist Temple Is About to Be Seized, So I’m Forced Down the Mountain to Make Money

To save the ancestral temple, Lu Qingxuan, the last Daoist priest on Longhu Mountain, is forced to bind himself to the Daoist Manifestation System and head down the mountain to make money.

He livestreams ghost hunts, solves rule-based horror mysteries, and uses traditional folk mysticism for face-slapping rival masters. His viewers’ emotional reactions unlock lost Daoist arts for him.

Just as he thinks he has earned enough to go home, he discovers that the ghosts are growing more vicious, secluded sects are emerging one after another, and ancient legacies are resurfacing.

It turns out he hasn’t just been saving up incense money. He’s been collecting the only ticket to reopening the mountain gate and reaching the pinnacle of a new age of spiritual qi revival.
