One Piece: The Most Shameless Double Agent, Getting Paid by Both Sides

After transmigrating to the world of One Piece, Leon joined the Marines and awakened the [Most Shameless Villain System]. The more outrageous his actions, the greater the rewards!

To rack up points, he took new recruit Aokiji to the Pleasure District on an inspection tour, taught Akainu to "rob the robbers" to fund the military, and persuaded Kizaru to take money in exchange for getting things done.

Sengoku was heartbroken. "That brat's a menace. Send him to Roger's ship as the highest-ranking undercover agent!"

And so the Roger Pirates gained a monstrous prankster.

From the start, he shot Shanks in the head with a Seastone Bullet, becoming a childhood trauma for both Red-Hair and Buggy. He copied Rayleigh's swordsmanship with his Sharingan and hit the pirate ranks hard!

At the same time, he extorted the Five Elders relentlessly under the pretext of "needing funds for his undercover mission."

Sengoku: "Leon has endured untold hardship. He's the sharpest sword planted in the heart of the pirates!"

Roger: "Leon is unfathomable. He's the perfect first mate!"

Years later, the Paramount War broke out. When Admiral Akainu called him big brother and Red-Hair, one of the Four Emperors, called him godfather, the whole world was stunned.

Leon shrugged. "I only wanted to swindle a little funding at first. How did I become King of the World?"
