Chu Tianyang was originally a passionate young man from the Whampoa Military Academy. He was sent to Shanghai to lurk with the ideal of serving the country. However, he fell into the cracks between the super high school, the military command, the underground party and foreign forces in the occupied area. In order to survive, he had to deal with many parties, pretending to be loyal, secretly passing on information, and walking on thin ice. On the verge of life and death, he met doctor Chen Ying, and became both a partner and a lover. The two danced hand in hand on the tip of the knife. From being forced to disguise to actively planning, he gradually grew into a key player in controlling the spy network, and finally survived the long night and ushered in the dawn of victory in the Anti-Japanese War - but only he knew where the true loyalty was buried.

It's good. In that turbulent era, many people couldn't help themselves and worked hard for their beliefs. This is a history of merit.
Strong logical thinking. Close to the truth
Very good, the storyline is clearly described, good
