Great Ming: Saving the Yongle Emperor from the Start

Lin Yuan inherits a run-down clinic, only to discover that its back door connects to two parallel timelines in the Great Ming!

Late one night, the front door is smashed open.

On the left is the sixty-year-old veteran who died of illness at Yuluchuan: the Yongle Emperor, Zhu Di!

On the right is the eight-year-old heir apparent, Zhu Xiongying, who is near death from smallpox!

With one arm in a sling and a shot of cardiac stimulant in his thigh, Lin Yuan drags the grandfather and grandson back from the brink of death.

When he wakes, the elderly Zhu Di sees the lively eight-year-old before him and is struck dumb. “M-my nephew?!”

Eight-year-old Zhu Xiongying is just as stunned. “Old man, why do you look like my fourth uncle, who guards Beiping?”

From then on, Lin Yuan shows Zhu Di The History of the Ming and helps him build an aircraft carrier. He teaches Zhu Xiongying physics and lets him play with drones.

One day, Lin Yuan takes the cured Zhu Di and Zhu Xiongying and opens the door to the Hongwu era.

Hongwu Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang sees his beloved grandson, who was supposed to be dead, and weeps with joy.

But when he learns that the old man beside him, now over sixty, is none other than Zhu Fourth, who rebelled and stole the throne...

Old Zhu whips out a Seven Wolves champion belt. “Fourth! I'll skin you alive today!”
