Hot Pot Mecha: From the Start, I Awakened Starborn Blood and Cut a Swath Through the Battlefield

Ten thousand meters beneath the Pacific, an ancient god's altar known as the Eye of the Abyss suddenly awakens. A mysterious signal from across the stars sweeps over Earth, and a warning, “Humans, you’ve invested in the wrong tech tree”, ushers in the invasion of the Cthulhu system.

Lin Chuan, a mechanical genius from Chongqing, uses cutting-edge controllable nuclear fusion technology to repel a tentacle monster at Chaotianmen Wharf, and is inadvertently drawn into the Tianqiong Group's top-secret project. Joining forces with his Northeastern buddy Zhao Tiezhu, he turns an abandoned aircraft carrier into a fiery, chili-hot mecha called Hotpot. He then teams up with the brilliant Chen Aqiang from the Guangdong and Guangxi regions, using extraterrestrial meteorite dust found in Qinzhou Nixing pottery to build a space elevator to the moon.

In the midst of fierce fighting on the far side of the moon, Lin Chuan awakens the bloodline of the Starborn and learns that he is descended from a defector from the Cthulhu system. His father gave his life to seal away Lin Chuan's power. Facing the threat of the Old Ones and the fate bound to his bloodline, Lin Chuan bears the power of the stars in a mortal body. Piloting his mecha and rallying the awakened Starborn, he launches the ultimate battle to protect Earth, between the abyss and the sea of stars!
