A Mom’s Comeback: Women Don’t Cry

An inspiring story about life. After enduring her husband’s betrayal, her in-laws’ humiliation, the harsh blows of society, and all kinds of hardships, devoted mother Zhang Xiao never forgets who she is. With sheer determination and pride, she carves out a place for herself, becomes her son’s strongest support, and joins him in building a life where everything comes easily. Her son, once a rebellious boy who hated studying, grows into a diligent, ambitious, and caring ray of sunshine. Zhang Xiao declares fiercely: “If you won’t let me live in peace, then you won’t get any peace either. If I can’t get through a wall, I’ll tear it down. If I can’t hold on to the sand, I’ll scatter it. Out with the old, in with the new. The next one will be better. I’m going to take charge of my own life. You make your own way in the world, and as long as you don’t give up, you can have your cake and eat it too.”
