Adapted from an original story by Liang Liren, this television series follows the story of guerrilla captain Kuang Guohua. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, he is accidentally bitten by the Zombie King, Jiang Chen, and turned into a zombie. Fifty years later, under the assumed name Kuang Tianyou, he becomes a Hong Kong police officer. He successfully foils the evil scheme of his longtime enemy, Japanese Major Yamamoto Kazuo, and, together with his friend Ma Xiaoling, stops Nuwa and Jiang Chen from destroying humanity. He also persuades the Human King Fuxi and the Holy Mother of Yaochi to abandon their "war to end the world," ultimately saving humanity.
