Pegasus: Brother Zhang, I Really Didn't Steal the Car

What's it like to transmigrate as a driving-school car thief, only to have Zhang Chi chase you down three streets from the start, brandishing a huge adjustable wrench?

Lu Fei, a CRC champion driver in his previous life, opens his eyes and finds himself plunged into the world of Pegasus. Trying to prove his innocence, he floors it and crashes through the driving school's wall, leaving a “panoramic floor-to-ceiling window” in its place. He racks up a huge debt and begins a miserable life doing under-the-table work at the Pegasus Driving School, sorting rusty screws.

There's Ji Xing, a repair prodigy who barely says three words a day; Sun Yuqiang, who is always letting the team down; and Su Nian, the icy data analyst who keeps using her tablet to calculate that his “chance of success is only 3.7%.” With wild driving skills that defy every rule in the book, Lu Fei repeatedly turns everyone's assumptions upside down.

As a capitalist conspiracy looms over the racetrack and cold AI seeks to wipe out the dignity of human drivers, this “assembled-from-spare-parts” team, unable even to cobble together the parts it needs, gathers once more.

Watch a max-level racing god return to the beginner's village and roar a line that shakes the crowd amid the howling winds of Bayinbuluke: “No algorithm can calculate the madness of going all out!”
