Meizhuang, I'll Help You Become Empress: Wu Zetian

She was once an empress who ruled the realm. When she opened her eyes after death, she had become Caixing, Shen Meizhuang's maid.

When she realizes her mistress is gentle on the outside but strong-willed within, and a kindhearted woman worth nurturing, the former empress's desire to mentor her bursts into flame.

Consort Hua is domineering? I'll teach you what it means to be truly formidable. The Empress is devious? I'll show you the art of imperial rule. Yongzheng is suspicious? When I was an emperor, you were still wearing split-crotch pants.

But as she pushes Shen Meizhuang step by step toward the phoenix throne, the cold-faced emperor corners her against a wall, his gaze burning.

“Who exactly are you?”

Wu Zetian sneers. “What, want me to take you on as a student? Too late. I only want Meizhuang to become empress.”
