Ultron's appearance and characterization are based on the comics and Marvel Rivals, specifically the Ultron featured in the story of Marvel Rivals Season 2.
Once again, the author's writing is limited, and writing Ultron well is very difficult. I'll do my best to stay true to the character and avoid ruining him.
