The Marvel Universe’s “team of troublemakers,” the Thunderbolts, are caught in a mysterious rift after an accident and transmigrate to a classic Japanese-style other world. Mistaken for the “prophesied saviors,” they refuse to accept the label, complaining all the while as they save the world.
(I love stories about Marvel superheroes crossing over to another world for adventures, but I couldn’t find any on most novel platforms. I also couldn’t get into the other Marvel web novels. Either the power scaling falls apart, the characters are forcibly made stupid, or there’s a soul transmigration plot. Or it’s just an ordinary person getting one of the heroes’ superpowers. I don’t even want to complain about it.)
In 2024, there was a DC-themed anime, Suicide Squad Isekai. The reviews were mixed, but I had a blast watching it. When will Marvel get something similar?
So this is an ensemble power fantasy about the Marvel Thunderbolts transmigrating to a Japanese-style other world for an adventure.
I don’t recommend this to anyone who hasn’t seen the Marvel movies or read the comics.

The lineup is the same as in the movie version of the Thunderbolts, but I’ve made a few changes. For example, I’m using the comics version of Taskmaster, and the Void personality never appears for Sentry.
I’ve also blended movie and comic-book versions of some other characters, so just think of this as a parallel universe.
Finally a good Marvel-themed work [laughs] Other people who read Marvel online articles have their blood pressure as high as their height every minute. I guess those authors may not have read Marvel comics.
