On the Day the Campus Belle Was Sacrificed, I Possessed the Abyssal Demon God

"Don't look back! Run!"

The escape pod hatch was locked, leaving me, an F-rank good-for-nothing, trapped outside to face a hundred-meter-tall Abyssal Tyrant.

Just as the Tyrant opened its cavernous maw, my soul somehow took control and forcibly possessed the world-ending beast!

Looking at the aloof campus belle in front of me, sobbing because she thought I'd sacrificed myself, I controlled the giant beast's tentacle, powerful enough to crush a tank, and carefully... wiped away her tears.

The campus belle was stunned. Was this monster... flirting with me?

From then on, the human world gained a uniquely eccentric "God-Tier Beast Tamer."

Other Beast Tamers: Risk life and limb to capture exotic beasts.

Me: Have my avatar, the Abyssal Overlord, put on a show up front while my real body picks up the loot in the back.
