I Lie Flat After Becoming the Wicked Mother-in-Law

Modern office drone Lin Xiao transmigrates into a book as the wicked mother-in-law in a household-intrigue novel. According to the plot, she is supposed to torment her daughter-in-law. Instead, she gives up on everything and dumps the account books and household authority in her daughter-in-law’s lap. “You’re in charge of the household from now on. I’ll spend the money, and you’ll manage the place. We can each do our own thing.” She thought she could relax and live a carefree life, but then she discovers that her daughter-in-law has also transmigrated into a book and is plotting to poison her “wicked mother-in-law” so she can divide up the family fortune. Faced with her daughter-in-law’s descent into villainy, Lin Xiao decides to turn the tables and win her over. She fills her head with modern ideas about independent women every day, determined to make her the first female tycoon in ancient times.
