The Unconventional Romance of Little Eunuch Su

Lighthearted, funny, with a touch of palace intrigue

There’s no future in serving others!

Little Eunuch Su, who serves Consort Liu, is as beautiful as a flower. But he knows he’s more than just a pretty face: he has towering ambitions and formidable abilities!

Helping his mistress become the empress, The Outcast, then seizing the opportunity to get in on the business of wielding power and make a fortune so he can buy a villa on the outskirts of the capital: that was the grand plan he made when he first entered the palace.

Unfortunately, Consort Liu is a hopeless case. Instead of competing for the emperor’s favor, she spends all day cooped up in the palace, making baskets whenever she has nothing better to do.

“Does my lord have no far-reaching ambitions?”

At last, Little Eunuch Su gave up on his mistress completely. He decided to use his own good looks to enter the competition for the emperor’s favor. But after making advances to everyone from the chief eunuch to the imperial physician, the princes, the crown prince, the great general, and finally the emperor, he failed to win over a single one of them.

“So I’ve just been making a fool of myself this whole time?!”

Little Eunuch Su wondered. But since he’d always lived by the principle that “sunk costs don’t factor into major decisions,” each setback only made him more determined. If this one wouldn’t do, he’d just try another!

And in the end, he racked up a mountain of romantic debts…

Well then… time to pay them back.
