The Prodigal Son's Rise Begins as a Beggar

He transmigrates as a beggar with just two coins to his name. The System orders him to spend ten thousand taels in thirty days. If he fails, he’ll be trapped in ancient times forever. Qian Chuan grins. Going on a spending spree was his best skill in his past life. But then he hires a maid to manage his accounts, and she makes him money. He treats the whole city to a meal and launches a chain of restaurants. He spends money repairing the city walls, which hold off an army of a hundred thousand. Every time he squanders money, another scratch appears on a coin, and he ends up one step farther from home. The more he spends, the richer he gets; the richer he gets, the less he can return. What the hell kind of reverse curse is this?
