Reforming the Workplace of the Land of Light: KPI Reviews for All

I was an Earth HRD, and after dying suddenly, I was begged on bended knee by the Father of Ultra to become the COO of the Land of Light. Watching Zero skip work, Zoffy pass the buck, and Taro make decisions on a whim, I smiled. On the first day I installed the time clock, Zero arrived three seconds late and had his entire energy allowance deducted. He collapsed on the spot. Zoffy tried to pass the buck out of habit, but the System automatically identified the person responsible, and Zoffy burst into flames on the spot. Taro slammed the table and demanded to deploy, but I coldly rejected him: “Where's the plan? Where's the procedure?” When KPI assessments began for everyone, the Land of Light's overgrown babies wailed everywhere. Zero botched his weekly report and was ordered to rewrite it ten times. He cried out in despair, “This is ten thousand times harder than fighting monsters!”
