Five-Colored Fruit Adds Beauty to Beauty

The Gu family, a prominent jade dynasty, is struck by sudden upheaval. At her birthday banquet, eldest daughter Gu Ruoling is publicly abandoned by her fiancé, Fan Gaozhi, who turns around and marries the daughter of their rival, the Wu family. The Wu family seizes the opportunity to strike, passing off inferior goods as quality merchandise and framing the Gus. Public attacks and a financial blockade follow one after another, leaving the Gu family’s jewelry business in turmoil.

In their darkest hour, every member of the Gu family rises to the challenge. Family patriarch Gu Bainian draws on his deep connections and masterfully plots their next move. His son-in-law, Fu Tinghe, possesses the remarkable “Fu’s All-Seeing Eye” and secretly raises funds through jade gambling and appraisal. Daughter Gu Ruoling cuts ties with her former love, striking back and restoring the family’s name with her dazzling designs. Even young Fu Qingli’s casual “blessings” turn into misfortune for their opponents. And the silent Liu Changbei seems to have a blood feud with the Wu family patriarch, Wu Tiangui, over the sinister blood jade in his possession.

On the surface, this is a business war between two jade families, fought through fluctuating stock prices and battles for public opinion. Behind the scenes, a perilous struggle unfolds over the mysterious “Soul-Setting Stone,” the one thing capable of suppressing the blood jade’s backlash. Growing ever more desperate to ward off evil and prolong his life, Wu Tiangui becomes increasingly deranged, while the Gu family carefully plots each move to save themselves and exact revenge. Betrayal and devotion, a family’s honor and legacy, the clash between good and evil, and the pull of fate collide in this silent battle. When every clue points to a massacre from years ago, Liu Changbei draws his sword, bringing a feud spanning two generations to its final reckoning, where jade and human hearts alike will be put to the test.
