In a vast and boundless world, countless races stand side by side.
There is one surname that makes the Heavenly Dao wary and every race bow its head: Di.
Di Wushang, the current divine son of the Di family, possesses a Chaotic Dao Body, unique throughout the ages. He has not stepped beyond the Imperial Palace in seventeen years, yet he is already a legend.
Fearing the Di family's growing power, the Heavenly Dao secretly nurtured seven "Sons of Destiny," intending to use them to destroy the family. A century ago, it even secretly altered Di Wushang's fate, making him the "Enemy of Destiny," fated to fight every Son of Destiny to the death.
This is a game of wits spanning ten thousand years.
The Heavenly Dao believes it can kill with borrowed knives and reap the rewards.
Di Wushang only smiles faintly.
"If it's sending people for me to kill, then I'll kill them and show it."
A three-year pact. The young lord sets out.
The Eastern Wilderness, the Southern Sea, the Northern Plains, the Central Province, the Kingdom of Women, the Outer Battlefield...
Some beg for mercy on their knees. Kill them. Some resist to the bitter end. Kill them. If someone strikes him as "interesting," he gives them a chance: if they can still stand before him three years later, he'll bring them back to the Imperial Palace.
Before he leaves, his mother reminds him, "That one from the Kingdom of Women is beautiful. If you like the look of her, bring her back for me to see."
Di Wushang falls silent for a moment. "Mother, I'm going out to kill people."
"Taking a look before you kill them won't slow you down."
This is a game of wits with the Heavenly Dao.
It is also the story of a young lord who, on his long journey, meets a few people capable of making him stop in his tracks.
Of course, most of the time, he can't even be bothered to look at anyone.
I like it very much. Thank you author.
