My Neighbors Are All Rotten, but I Have Awakened

I live in Shennong Residential Complex. Upstairs is a foul-mouthed family who mooches off my Wi-Fi, leaks water into my home, and then curses me for it. Downstairs is a sneaky couple who use a ceiling vibrator to steal my deliveries. They’ve bullied me for ages, and I’ve kept putting up with it. Then one day, the vibrator downstairs cost me my job, and a leak from upstairs cracked the ceiling and left me bleeding from the head. I sat at home, covered in blood. At that very moment, the world suddenly changed. An assistant System awakened in my mind and gave me superpowers. Now I’m afraid of no one. The first thing I’m going to do is make those rotten neighbors in both apartments learn what it means to wish they were dead.
