High Martial: I'm Four Realms Above My Reborn Daughter

In an age of great change among the stars, the myriad races invade. The human empress Su Qingqing dies in battle among the stars, carrying endless regret over her father's death before her eyes. She is reborn in her final year of high school!

In this life, she vows to push herself to the limit and do everything in her power to protect her good-for-nothing dad, Su Bai, who is "humble and cautious, with no talent for martial arts," and who worked to put her through school!

And so Su Qingqing launches into a grueling path of self-improvement. She slays ferocious beasts, seizes resources, and fights above her level, earning a reputation as Jiangnan Province's greatest prodigy!

What Su Qingqing doesn't know is this:

She risks her life to break through to the first-rank [Martial Artist] stage, while her dad takes a nap at home and automatically advances to the fifth-rank [Grandmaster] stage.

She's hunted by a third-rank ferocious beast over a single spirit herb, while her dad, cooking in the kitchen, casually swings a ladle from afar and uproots the beast's entire lair.

One day, a seventh-rank Beast King descends on Jiangnan City, plunging the whole city into despair. Su Qingqing resolutely steps in front of her father. "Dad, run! Your daughter will hold it off!"

Su Bai sighs and pulls his daughter behind him. "All right, quit pretending. Stand back. This thing's blood is filthy, and I don't want it splashing on your new clothes."

Su Qingqing: "???"

Why isn't the story going as planned? What happened to the good-for-nothing dad?!
