Is This Really the Honkai: Star Rail World?

[Honkai world characters + Honkai: Star Rail worldbuilding] I transmigrated into the Honkai world with thirteen authorities in hand! But are you seriously telling me the person in front of me is either Houkai Gakuen Kyuushou or an Emanator of Destruction? And that timid Seele Vollerei is a Galaxy Ranger who lives in this world? What do you mean Bronya is a genius of Erudition...? What do you mean Elysia is a Pathstrider of Harmony? What the heck? What kind of planet is this? Everything's a complete mess! Is this even the Honkai world anymore?
