Interstellar Civilization: You Call This a Primitive Planet

The earth is about to undergo an interstellar civilization level assessment. The alien examiner arrived arrogantly and prepared to give a grade of 0.7 (Primitive civilization). I handed over a copy of the evaluation materials: "Detailed Explanation of Controllable Nuclear Fusion Technology", "Principles of Quantum Computers", and "Complete Collection of Human Philosophy and Art". The examiner looked at the "backward" appearance of us still using fossil energy, and then looked at the materials in hand. The CPU was burned out.
