Female strategist x chancellor, soft and alluring beauty who knows how to bait her prey x cool, seductive schemer who plays hard to get
The realm is divided into four. In this age of chaos, strategists are the most unusual people of all. They have no country of their own, yet each is a country unto themselves, seeking out a worthy person to assist.
The finest talents of this generation are Bai Sihuai, the disciple of Yan Le from the renowned Western Ximing Mountain and a famous guest of all four kingdoms, and Qing Yanjiu, the disciple of Chu Ji from Eastern Ying Mountain.
Together, they are known as Western Bai and Eastern Qing. Every strategist in the realm looks to them as a leader
Qing Yanjiu has always known that Bai Sihuai's ambition goes far beyond becoming the so-called foremost strategist in the realm. Even the position of chancellor, Qing Yanjiu suspects, is nothing more than dust in Bai Sihuai's eyes.
Bai Sihuai can fool everyone else, but not Qing Yanjiu.
Only Qing Yanjiu knows that Bai Sihuai wants to become a traitor and seize the realm.
Bai Sihuai knows better than anyone that Qing Yanjiu's eyes can deceive. That's why Bai Sihuai doesn't dare trust Qing Yanjiu. But Bai Sihuai is also lucky, because Bai Sihuai happens to know every one of Qing Yanjiu's schemes.
