The court chapter is the most important volume in the entire series, with the main theme of cleaning up the traitors and reshaping the imperial court. The intrigues in the court are shocking at every step, and the suspicion of power and the warmth of the emperor and his ministers are written in an extremely realistic way. It breaks away from the routine of mindless novels and vividly depicts the struggle and desolation of loyal ministers in troubled times. The most poignant character in the whole play and who supports the spiritual core of the whole play is undoubtedly Hou Yuan Tao, whose surname is Guo.
The national surname Hou Yuantao is the soul of the whole story. His lifelong obsession was to kill the traitor, and he spent half his life planning heavily. When the traitor was killed, his spirit collapsed, and the oil ran out. Even when he was blind and dying, he still cared about the common people, entrusting the whole world to his orphans, but he was unable to witness the arrival of the prosperous age with his own eyes. After burning his whole life of loyalty but stopping at dawn, his tragic ending added the most touching undertones of family and country to the cold politics of the court.
The lines are deep, the characters are vivid, the family and country are righteous, and the setting is realistic
