The Invisible Blade

In 1941, Ye Shen, a section chief in the Kwantung Army’s intelligence department, was an officer in the Japanese army, the military intelligence service’s ace agent “Razor,” and the Soviet agent “K.” No one knew that his deepest-cover codename was “Red Arrow,” a Communist agent operating underground. Like a shadow, he maneuvered among four competing powers, wielding intelligence as a blade and stirring up the secret war in Northeast Asia. The Kwantung Army’s most classified plans, the military intelligence service’s assassination orders, and the KGB’s missions for the cause all passed through his hands. But after a top-secret operation was leaked, every faction launched its highest-level internal investigation. Ye Shen had to face deadly suspicion from all four directions at once, trapped inside the maze he had built with his own hands. It was a race against time, and a lonely journey that tested the limits of his faith.
