One summer day, a boy is looking for trouble. His phone screen displays a glaring ad: “Ever seen a real ancient tomb? Interested in tomb raiding? Dare to give it a try? Type 666 in the comments, tag a friend to come along, and venture into the unknown to knock on that ancient bronze door.”
“Can you believe ads like this still exist?” Ling Kong says, surprised. He lets out a fart, clicks his tongue a few times, picks at his toes, then impulsively tags three friends anyway.
He never expected them to actually transmigrate.
“Fine, fine! You win! You really are something!”
Xie Hao, tall and burly, glares at Ling Kong. The other two are grinning as they watch him.
“You guys, what are you doing?”
Before he can finish, Xie Hao’s booming voice drowns out Ling Kong’s screams. “You two, stop watching and get moving, or you won’t get a chance!”
As the screams continue, Ling Kong’s muffled voice comes from behind his hands, which are covering his head. “There’s a System, guys! And once we complete the collection, we can go back to our original world and timeline and get the corresponding value in cultural relics!”
Ling Kong realizes no one is hitting him anymore. He looks up and sees that the others have already changed into their gear.
“Quit standing around. Pack your bags, let’s go! We’ve just hit the jackpot!”
