Zombies: Rebooting Civilization

[No Superpowers + Students + No Superpowers + Harem + No System]

On October 27, 2025, the zombie outbreak began. That day came to be known as Restart Day.

The outbreak was caused by rising global temperatures. The glaciers in Antarctica and the Arctic Ocean melted, releasing the zombie virus that had been buried beneath them.

On top of that, nuclear wastewater discharged by a certain country polluted the seafood. People who ate seafood contaminated by nuclear pollution also turned into zombies.

Ling Kong survived for ten years in the Apocalypse. Sadly, while covering for his teammates, he drew the zombies away alone and was ultimately bitten to death.

When Ling Kong opened his eyes again, he discovered he had returned to ten years earlier, to Restart Day.

He swore that in this life he would never let his family or friends come to harm again! He would make sure human civilization endured!

But after he was reborn, he somehow accumulated a mountain of debts.

“Big brother, you’re so warm. Can you please not leave me behind?”

The gloomy, obsessive Dong Xinran stroked Ling Kong’s hand.

“Master, please don’t cry, okay? I’m the sharpest sword at your disposal.”

Song Xiaotong lay in a pool of blood, tears in her eyes.

“Ling Kong, my heart and soul will always be by your side.”

Xiao Yilin clasped hands with Ling Kong, their fingers intertwined.

“Dying for love isn’t your fate. Go and welcome a new hope.”

Murong Sisi said miserably.

“Everything about him shines so brightly! I want him all to myself.”

Zhu Xiaoshuai, whom Ling Kong had once rescued, made up her mind.
