This is my first novel about drifting, so it requires some knowledge of cars to follow. I’m also a drift driver in real life, so there may be a few minor mistakes. Please feel free to point them out.
In 2000, on Tai Mo Shan, Leng Qiu was still a complete novice who couldn’t drift, driving his father’s old Supra. Driven by a need to avenge his father and a passion that bordered on madness, he pushed himself to master the craft and formed the Yisu Racing Team. He paid for modifications through dangerous international jobs, from car theft in Bangkok to protecting supercars in Dubai, honing himself from a rough-around-the-edges driver into a master of Chinese drifting. After 25 years of competition, the Supra evolved into a hybrid ultimate machine, and the team rose from humble beginnings to the global finals. Hidden in the tire smoke are hardcore modifications, the passion of street racing, and the grudges of the jianghu. This is the high-octane epic of Chinese drifting.
