A Little Red Army Soldier Carries a Supermarket on the Long March

[The Long March + period drama + adorable child + supermarket System + love for the country and its people + tearjerking wish fulfillment]

Su Mianmian, a modern supermarket owner, woke up to find herself shrunk down into a six-year-old girl.

It was the Long March, a bleak and perilous time. The road ahead was blocked, pursuers were on their heels, and the soldiers were short of food and clothing, forced to survive on wild greens.

Fortunately, her enormous supermarket had come along with her!

Every seven days, the supermarket restocked on schedule, with every kind of supply imaginable!

[When the Red Army soldiers are chewing tree bark]

Mianmian waves her little hand, and steaming self-heating rice meals and cans of luncheon meat pile up like mountains. “Uncles, have some of this! It'll fill you right up!”

[When the wounded have no medicine]

Mianmian clears out the pharmacy: antibiotics, Yunnan Baiyao, painkillers. “Don't cry, big sis. Put this on and it won't hurt anymore!”

[When the enemy mocks them as a beggar army]

Mianmian brings out binoculars, compressed biscuits, and cold-weather gear. The fully equipped Red Army soldiers deliver a harsh face-slapping comeback. “Comrade, this is what curing a fear of insufficient firepower looks like!”

Along the way, the snow-capped mountains are no longer cold, and the grasslands no longer feel hopeless.

With one little supermarket, she brings warmth to the entire Long March.

Watching the five-star red flag rise, Su Mianmian smiles through her tears. “May this prosperous age be just as you wished.”
