The Great Dragon Nation's Fengshen Cauldron

Zhou Chang, the tyrant of Beiming, uses blood-rust secret arts to suppress his realm, forges the Xuanming Soul Cauldron, and commands mechanical wooden-armored soldiers as he rampages across the land. Hua Chen of Nanzhou receives the mandate of Kunlun, gathers the cultivators Yun Zhongzi, Fenglei Yi, Tianyan Lang, and others, and takes up the Demon-Slaying Pestle and Heaven-Splitting Axe to lead the Yinglong Banner into battle. After a century of fighting, the Ten-Extremes Formation traps the sun and moon, the Immortal-Slaying Sword splits the sky, and the Nine-Bend Yellow River buries gods and demons. Zhou Chang repeatedly revives with his Nine Nether Demon Body, but his kingdom’s fortune gradually wanes. At last, in the decisive battle at Muye, Hua Chen destroys the Soul Cauldron and slays the demon dragon. Zhou Chang dissipates his power to atone for his sins, and Beiming falls. The Dragon Kingdom is founded, the Nine Tripods stabilize the realm, and the Investiture of the Gods is completed, bringing order to the world and ushering in three thousand years of peace and prosperity in Chang’an.
