"No CP + character growth + gaming + Minecraft + lighthearted + funny"
"I hope my story brings you joy"
What sparks will fly when an outside-the-box roguelike meets Minecraft?
On his eighteenth birthday, Bei Yao receives the coming-of-age gift shared by all humanity: entering Journey to the Stars and climbing its endless tower.
There are no levels here. Floors are everything. Each climb is a wager with death, and you only get three chances.
The losers are reduced to dust; the winners take all.
Inside the tower, rules reign supreme, and the strong prey on the weak.
The NPCs are indistinguishable from real people, and they see us as invading “monsters.” Learning to stay hidden is the first lesson in survival.
While everyone else risks their lives for a piece of equipment or bleeds for a single attribute point, Bei Yao quietly steps out of the tower and activates his talent.
Before him lies a world made of countless blocks, alongside a dazzling list of mods.
“While everyone else kills monsters for loot, should I craft a diamond sword first, or just load the [Industrial Mod] and build a mech?”
When the all-powerful guardian of Floor 1000 blankets the battlefield with its annihilating breath,
all the other players see is Bei Yao calmly taking an ordinary-looking “beacon” out of his inventory and setting it down.
The next moment, a pillar of light pierces the sky, and a domain unfolds.
“Th-this game is bugged!”
That is the ordinary players’ cry.
“No! Sweetie, that’s a feature.”
Watching its enormous health bar vanish into thin air, the guardian falls into the first deep contemplation of its life.
It just can’t understand.
Why does this player seem to be playing a... cracked version?
Purely weakening MC's advantages
You are totally unreasonable. There is danger when you don't climb the tower, but there is also danger when you climb the tower. Doesn't this just want you to die? The protagonist can only go to Minecraft, but in the end he is still a fucking enhanced version of MC.
I just realized that you only read one chapter in two days, and it's still a joke.
