After the Divorce
Synopsis:
If you're curious about the truly extravagant life of a rich woman, skip the first 50 chapters and start reading from Chapter 51. (The first 50 chapters are a little messy.)
On her 28th birthday, Fang Xiaoman did two things:
First, she signed the divorce papers. She wanted neither the house nor the car, only custody of her daughter.
Second, she posted on social media: “I'm done with marriage. For the rest of my life, I'll date, but I won't marry or have children.”
Her wealthy ex-husband sneered: “Let's see how long you can keep that attitude with a kid in tow.”
Later, he saw her again
By day, she was the youngest founder of a beauty empire, a trailblazer shaking up the industry at business summits.
By night, she was a mysterious regular at a laid-back bar, chatting and laughing with all kinds of eligible men without getting attached to any of them.
Her ex-husband came back, red-eyed, begging to reconcile. She swirled her wineglass and smiled:
“Get married? No thanks. I haven't had my fill of dating yet.”
[A two-sided heroine + rise to success in the beauty industry + clear-headed relationships with multiple men + parenting and personal growth]
Reading Guide:
1. The heroine will never marry, but she'll have love, flirtation, and confidants.
2. Each male lead has his own appeal. No fighting over men and no tortured romances.
3. The heroine's career is serious business; her love life takes its own course.
4. Her daughter is both her weakness and her armor.
It tells how many women want in their hearts but dare not say or do what they want 👍👍👍👍
