Ye Luoli: Long Ago, When We Set Out

Shui Qingli woke from a deep sleep to find that the world seemed to have turned upside down: A certain possessive higher-up suddenly fell for someone else. The younger sister he had depended on suddenly grew distant and troubled. Even his own authority over water suddenly slipped out of control... Everything was heading in an unknown direction. Only he himself remained, lost in the middle of it all. When the pure moonlight lives on forever in the heart, confusion and uncertainty give rise to a nightmare called “redemption” Second-Order Water: I come from obsession and was born of delusion. When you believe I don't exist, I cease to exist. [Warnings and notes:] 1. Shi Wang/Shui Qingli pairing. 2. A lot of original plot; out-of-character portrayals ahead. 3. There will be some original characters. They appeared in Moonlight and Starshadow, but the plot here is different. The original characters will be introduced again, so you don't need to read that book first. 4. The early story follows two Shui Qinglis (Shui Qingli and Second-Order Water) on separate plotlines. This is not selfcest! Second-Order Water is a personality devoted to self-redemption and represents the past. 5. Bing Lixue won't be kind to any of her older brothers for no reason. Her absolute brother-con tendencies have been set aside. 6. There isn't much romance, and no character will be unfairly vilified, but the story is not friendly toward the human world.
