In the fifth year of Earth's spiritual qi revival, Su Wan, an orphan with a disabled leg, awakened a reincarnation simulation System. Through nine lifetimes of tribulations and nine tears shed for her beloved, she gave her heavenly spirit root to Su Qingyan, the little sister she'd taken in, in the first life, then endured misunderstanding and loneliness as she left.
After five years in hiding, her life was like a dying candle. On the day of the battle between the righteous and demonic factions, Su Wan dragged her broken body forward and used the Nascent Soul sword intent bestowed by her master to carve a path to survival for her sister. In the blood mist, only a severed arm remained, still clutching its sword. With her shattered throat, she forced out one last instruction: "Stay alive."
Su Qingyan descended into the killing path, slaughtered the demonic sects, and shattered the celestial court to become the loneliest Immortal Emperor in the river of time. But she could never again embrace the fading image of her sister. Su Wan returned to Earth and, among her reincarnation rewards, gently picked up a box of candy that would never expire.
Nine tears pierced the barriers between worlds to reach her. This time, they would never let her leave alone again.
But there are still eight lifetimes to go. What will Su Wan go through next?
It's nice to read, and the writing is delicate. However, the worldview of the first life is a bit fragmented at the beginning. I feel like the author wanted to write about the feeling of entering the Republic of China and just having a car but still feeling like an ancient person. However, the author mainly writes about the protagonist, and instead makes the background more pure ancient times. However, as long as you don't care about this sense of fragmentation, it will be very comfortable to read. If the sense of fragmentation in the front can be reasonably dealt with, it will be a good book with potential.
