I Spoil the Plot of Slay the Gods, Starting at the Psychiatric Hospital

[They say I'm crazy because I can always see “gods.”]

Lin Che was confined to Morningstar Psychiatric Hospital. Its patients were a bizarre bunch: a physicist convinced the world was a mathematical illusion, a painter whose art could alter reality, and a silent man whose every utterance came true...

It wasn't until the mysterious “Fog Orderly” appeared in the dead of night that Lin Che discovered the hospital was actually a cage for gods and demons. And his “delusions” were the only power capable of severing the karmic ties of the divine.

“Take your medication and become human again, or wield a blade and become a madman. Which path will you choose?” Faced with the director's question, Lin Che tightened his grip on the rusted Tang Hengdao in his hand.

As divine remains awoke across the globe and the Church of Unity unleashed a frenzy in the name of “human ascension,” he stood before the collapsing veil. Every slash he struck was an answer to this world.

In the maddest place of all, I guard the last of reason.
