Valkyries: Our Opponents Are Chinese Emperors and Sages!

When the gods vote to destroy humanity, its last hope rests, of all things, on thirteen figures from the East. > The arena at the end of the world faces an unprecedented twist: twelve sage emperors, led by Qin Shi Huang Ying Zheng, gather across time. They represent not individual prowess, but the will of a civilization forged over five thousand years of Chinese history. > > This is no simple clash of divine powers. Emperor Wu of Han subdues gods and demons with the “Territory of the Great Han”; Confucius dispels murderous intent with the “Domain of Benevolence”; Wang Yangming overturns reality with the “Universe of the School of Mind”... Each battle embodies the ultimate expression of a particular human spirit. > > Yet as the duels intensify, a greater conspiracy comes to light: behind the twilight of the gods, a force seems to fear some ultimate being, buried deep in the bloodline of the Chinese people and on the verge of awakening... > > This is the most brilliant constellation of human civilization challenging eternal divine authority in a final debate over the meaning of existence.
