The Underworld Judge's KPI Depends on Acting Cute

Mo Xuan, a Judge of the Underworld, was born with a fearsome face, yet he's the Underworld's number-one expert at acting cute.

When ghosts refuse to be reincarnated, he doesn't use torture or chant spells. Instead, he pulls out a little notebook and says pitifully, “If you don't reincarnate, I won't meet my performance targets...”

Seeing the reincarnation quotas exceeded year after year, the King of Hell pats him on the shoulder with satisfaction. “This kid can turn acting cute into a job well done. Let's give him a promotion!”
