Bewitching Swallowtail: A Yandere Appeared in the Harem?!

[Western Fantasy + A Touch of Angst + Character Growth + Mutual Redemption + Mystery + Psychological] The year I fell gravely ill, I had nothing, not even a name. A virtual reality gaming pod became my home. In the real world, I found a butterfly with a broken wing and mended its dreams with my own hands. In the game, I found a caterpillar in a cage. After she became a butterfly, she professed a mad love for me. In the real world, I found a silver-white cat that had been abused and gave it hope for survival. In the game, I found a silver-haired girl covered in scars and became her only support. The game was so warm and comforting. The scarred girl became a doctor who healed others' wounds. The caterpillar, rejected by the world, became a swallowtail butterfly cherished by all. Together, we opened: A clinic that healed souls, A restaurant full of warmth and bustle, A clothing shop that mended regrets. I thought I could live in this happiness forever. Until... I woke with a start from my dream! Only to find the butterfly I had raised by my side. At the moment death came, I finally saw clearly. The butterfly I'd raised with all my tenderness was cutting my throat with a cold kitchen knife. I woke with a start in the gaming pod again. Outside, the eternal summer was long gone. At the pod door, the butterfly became a breathtaking young woman. She smiled at me with a familiar smile and softly asked three questions: “This time, are you a down-and-out young master who has lost everything?” “This time, are you a doctor who has mended countless souls?” “This time, are you a playwright trapped in a Midsummer Night's Dream, waiting for me to wake you?” This time, are you willing to wake up and face reality with me?
