Scars Beneath the Stardust

In the New World timeline, the New Generation Ultra Warriors who should have been born never existed. Yet a group of warriors from a despair-filled Old World tear through time and space and travel back together, stealing time like criminals in an attempt to change a future destined for destruction. Their actions enrage the World Consciousness that maintains the balance of time and space, which marks and punishes them for breaking the rules with temporal-spatial illnesses. These illnesses are both a source of pain that constantly eats away at their bodies and proof that they are incompatible with the New World's laws, causing their very existence to be rejected.

The story begins with the New Generation warriors secretly gathering on Earth in the New World. Each member bears a unique scar from time and space: Hikaru Raido's personality switches between day and night, Sho suffers a faint burning pain, Gai Kurenai has delayed bleeding, and Riku Asakura suffers from Night-Eye Syndrome, seeing visions of his father in the dark... They rely on one another through their suffering, form a team, and carry out their mission to set the world right from the shadows. But their strange behavior draws the attention of the New World's guardians, especially Ultraman Zero, who launch an intense investigation and mistake them for “time-space disruptors carrying an affliction.”

A turning point arrives with the appearance of a “viewing space” that transcends time. The New World's audience, including the Ultras of the Land of Light, Belial, and Tregear, are forced to watch the hidden pain behind the New Generation warriors' victories: Gai collapsing and coughing up blood behind his smile, Yuki unable to sleep and screaming in anguish, and Kengo curling up in phantom pain as he cries “Smile”... The truth shatters everything they thought they knew. Belial
