The Mighty Three-and-a-Half-Year-Old Storms the Military Base to Find Her Dad

Gu Mianmian, a powerful survivor of the apocalypse, transmigrated into a book as a pitiful three-and-a-half-year-old girl in the 1970s. Her awful aunt abused her and was preparing to sell her to human traffickers.

Seeing the spoiled food in her bowl and the bruises on her body, Mianmian was furious! In the middle of the night, she raided her awful relatives’ hidden stash of cash, slung on her little yellow duck backpack, which contained a space stocked with billions of supplies, and set off on a thousand-mile journey to find her father.

She’d heard her dad was the youngest tough-as-nails regiment commander in the Northern Theater Command: cold and merciless, with no time for strangers.

Standing at the entrance to the military base, Mianmian spotted the tall, powerfully built man. She ran toward him on her little legs, wrapped both arms around his thigh, lifted her grimy face, and wailed in a tiny, childish voice:

“Daddy! Mianmian finally found you! Waaah...”

The moment Commander Gu looked down at the little barnacle clinging to his leg, his face, usually as cold as an iceberg, cracked.

After that...

Everyone in the military district knew Commander Gu had a little darling he cherished above all else.

“Report, Commander! Your daughter made the neighboring division commander’s grandson cry!”

Commander Gu: “Nonsense! My daughter is so delicate. She must have hurt her hand. Get the medic, quick!”

When her awful relatives came looking for her, Commander Gu polished his gun. “Who dares lay a finger on my daughter?”
