When assassins attack, she mistakes the greatest killer in the martial world for a teddy bear and nearly crushes his ribs in a hug.
Looking at the ruined estate, Su Zhen gazes up at the sky through tear-filled eyes. “What happened to my precious little darling? She’s more like an iron shirt, a golden bell shield, and a meteor hammer all rolled into one!”
The emperor: “I only wanted to visit my niece. Why am I hanging from a tree?”
Enemy general: “Retreat! Hurry up and retreat! That baby on the tiger is charging at us again!”
It's good to read, because it's supposed to be a comedy novel, so don't pay too much attention to the details 🤦 😏
