You Were Told to Guard the Forest, So Why Are You Taking a Siberian Tiger to the Civil Service Exam?

Xu Ye returns to his hometown to inherit a forestry farm on the verge of bankruptcy, and unexpectedly binds to a Career Planning System.

He thinks he’s in for a leisurely life of farming, only to discover that all the animals here have serious issues. Every last one of them wants to become a wage slave!

A 300-jin wild Siberian tiger spends every day practicing goose steps and memorizing essay answers for civil service exams. “Roar! Don’t stop me! I’m taking the civil service exam! I want a government paycheck!”

A whole family of weasels dances wildly for a phone camera. “Hit that like button, folks! Apples aren’t selling, just 9.9 yuan! Big spender in first place, give us a follow!”

Even the seemingly simple-minded black bear has put on a security guard uniform and dreams of becoming head of security!

Xu Ye is forced to start livestreaming, and the whole internet is stunned:

“Am I seeing this right? Is that tiger... doing pull-ups?”

“Holy crap, that weasel’s sales pitch is slicker than Li Jiaqi’s!”

“What kind of forestry farm is this? It’s the animal kingdom’s CBD!”

Then one day, a gang of poachers sneaks in, only to be taken down on the spot by a tiger in a custom police uniform with a shoulder throw!

The authorities issue an official notice in blue and white: “Notice on the Exceptional Appointment of Huzi the Siberian Tiger to the Special Police Unit.”

The whole internet erupts: “Oh no, that tiger really passed the civil service exam?!”
